Shipping Policy

Free shipping to the United States

We offer free standard shipping on all orders delivered within the United States. There is nothing extra to pay for shipping at checkout.

Order processing

Orders are prepared within 1 to 2 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Delivery times

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery usually takes 4 to 7 business days. In total, most orders arrive within 5 to 9 business days of being placed. These are estimates, not guarantees.

Tracking

When your order ships, we will email you a confirmation with tracking information when it is available.

Delays

Carriers or customs processing can occasionally cause delays that are outside our control. If your order has not arrived within the estimated time, please contact us and we will look into it.

Shipping address

Please check that your shipping address is complete and correct before you place your order. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
